So this weekend Rubio won't be THAT far behind what Trump and Cruz get in delegates, thanks to Puerto Rico. It seems all these random islands add up to a decent amount of delegates. Is this fair? PR was 23 delegates, as much as Maine so Rubio won more from his win in PR, an island that is worthless in the GE than Cruz did in Maine
