Bush, Kasich, and Christie are staying at least until New Hampshire, and Carson, Huckabee, Santorum are probably staying at least until Iowa. This leaves Fiorina, Paul, and Gilmore as the potential pre-Iowa dropouts. I have no idea what Gilmore is doing, so I'm not even going to bother predicting with him, and I think Rand Paul will probably try to milk his kiddie table debate-boycott for a few weeks. This leaves Carly Fiorina, the candidate most likely to re-relegated to the kiddie table debate, as the next drop out.
