Honestly whether what Leinad said is an objection is open to interpretation, but in in the interest of keeping this bipartisan I'll say it is.

The question is on the motion to move to a final vote.

Aye

I ask unanimous consent that this vote to move to final passage is also treated as the vote on final passage itself. Once the time runs out tomorrow night, the bill shall be considered passed, by the same margin by which this vote to move to final passage succeeded, and shall be sent to the Governor for his decision.

24 hours to object.

The Ayes are 6, the Nays are 0, and one not voting. Two thirds being in the affirmative, the motion is agreed to.

Hearing no objection, the bill is hereby considered passed on a vote of 6-0 with one not voting.
