If confirmed, this is another opportunity for democrats to show they have what it takes to win. This seat was 61-33 Trump, which is about the same as KS-4.

Looking deeper into the '16 results, while Trump improved over Romney in most of the rural areas of this district, Tulsa County, which is by far the most populated county in the district, swung towards the democrats, as did the district as a whole.

Washington County: Romney +48 to Trump +48 (=)
Tulsa County: Romney +28 to Trump +22 (D+6)
Wagoner County: Romney +46 to Trump +53 (R+7)
Creek County: Romney +46 to Trump +55 (R+9)
Rogers County: Romney +50 to Trump +57 (R+7)
Overall: Romney +32 to Trump +28 (D+4)
