Absolutely, though I don’t think she’d lose a primary, so the hand-wringing in this thread is pretty much irrelevant. I get that Democrats can’t do better than Manchin in West Virginia, but several swing states have solidly left-leaning Senators, so it’s not like a more progressive Democrat would be DOA in AZ. Also, Sinema herself would not be a lock for re-election, despite some people acting like she would be.
