Seems like it

CNN will air special convention coverage from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. ET for the duration of the Democratic convention live on CNN, CNN en Español and CNN International.

But does "coverage" mean that they're actually going to show every speaker?  Normally for a political convention, while C-SPAN shows every speaker, the news networks like CNN cut away to the talking heads for commentary if the speaker of the moment isn't a sufficiently big name.  Maybe it'll be different this time since the speaking schedule is condense?  I don't know.
