I feel like Illinois CDs are going to be like NH's where districts flip every year with the same people running for the same seats over and over again. If Schneider loses this year he probably goes for a rematch in 2016 if Enyart loses he may do this the same thing especially if the races are close.

I also think Callis would have a decent shot against Davis in 2016, she's running in the wrong year is what her problem is.
