Our lecturer (who's an Israeli-American) spend the entire hour telling us that we need to study, and understand this, and that it's most likely the biggest event in US history since Watergate. It's nothing new- there's always been this strand in American society.

I feel physically sick; this isn't like Romney or Bush winning.
