Nope, Le Pen is a fairly standard European right-wing populist. However, she leads a party with a lot of the type of baggage you alluded to, and her dad, Jean-Marie, who founded the party, is emblematic of that (worth noting that the two have a very poor relationship, although that is largely because JMLP is such an embarrassment to the party).

As for the question, probably Sarkozy.
