I don't think so. Trump has the most devout following of any of the candidates. Unless the field is cleared for one non-Trump candidate, there is no chance he loses. And DeSantis isn't going to be the one to take him down. He's too rattled anytime he has to think on his feet or is challenged. If Trump actually debates DeSantis, he will destroy him.
