Bushie is the kind of person who goes on a vacation and decides to drop everything and stay thinking the vacation can last forever.

This is his problem. He can't focus on anything and chases these crazy dreams he has. What he's doing for his sponsor kids is nice, but he cannot adopt them so he's really stringing them along and once they are old enough to think on their own, it'll get ugly. He can't be a good parent to them until he takes care of himself. That's what being a parent is all about anyway. Setting a good example for your kids.

Yeah, like I said earlier, these poor kids are going to be so confused when they actually grow up and can think on their own as to why some white guy who sent them $30 a month is calling him their father.

Bushie needs to get to work finding a wife if he really loves these kids. It should be hit top priority when he gets home!

It's hard to knock Bushie for spending $70/month on sponsoring these kids if his parents allow him to do it. I will knock him for lying about what he spends the money on, but if they are okay with funding his parenting fetish, then it's their own fault.

I'm ready for the flight cancellation post, Dukey.  Maybe your mob law firm can find a suitable rental for him in Kenya?

This is Bushie we are talking about. He'll never stay in Kenya permanently, just like he will never hold a permanent job, lose weight, etc... He simply has big dreams but has no desire to do the grunt work to achieve them.

From what I recall, he did say she was old and couldn't be a parent to them like he could. He further went on this bizarre rant claiming that even though Kenyan law wouldn't allow him, as a single male, to adopt them, God didn't care about Kenyan law and would make it happen if he prayed hard enough.

Bushie will likely defriend me eventually for my rants, but it's insane that he thinks the average Kenyan life is better than the average American life because we have more stress and technology, and they can lean on Jesus more. It's also our country's fault he's obese, because they have vegetables over there!

I expect a large portion of his grandmother's donation goes to paying the staff of the orphanage, the upkeep of the facilities, etc. It doesn't sound like much of it goes to buying clothes for the kids, especially if he's having to buy them shoes and other things while he's there.

I'm thinking Granny is the anonymous donor who coughs up $2K for his airfaire as well.  He says no, but he says it's an anonymous donor.......I'm betting it's Granny.

Oh, definitely. This church doesn't seem like it's full of moneyed people, so I am almost certain it's his grandmother or someone related to him. I assume she has more money than his parents, but that's just an assumption.
