LOL, I consider this a punch in the voters face. They just rejected her for this position. Democrats should be able to win the seat in 2020.

McSally has enough problems already. A primary challenge would only weaken her position further against Kelly in the general election.

Yes, and that's great. Arizona is a must.win for the Democrats, if they want to regain a majority and ditch Moscow Mitch.

At least she's showing her true colors and dropping the charade of being "moderate" and "reasonable."

She was never reasonable and moderate. Just because you don't openly embrace Trump doesn't mean you're a moderate. And saying this as someone who frequently supports moderate candidates.

Potentially stupid question, since this is a special election: If/when Mark Kelly wins the election, will he be seated as senator immediately, or does he got sworn in the with the rest of the senators elected on January 3, 2021? Being sworn in earlier would give him seniority over fresh(wo)men senators elected in 2020. It appears to be that some House members get sworn in immediately or within days after a special election that takes place simultaneously with a general election and not on January 3.

can someone give me a reason to ignore those two recent polls showing McSally winning?

I'm not being a doomer I'm just confused why there's been a relative lack of high quality polling of this race in the past week.

Mark Kelly has basically been ahead in every other poll, including high quality ones. Not to mention McSally was ahead on election day in 2018, so polls overestimated her (or underestimated Sinema). Kelly should be fine.
