I'll remember him mainly as the jerk who pardoned Nixon

The Nixon pardon took guts- and it was the right decision.  It's not as if having Nixon rot in a prison cell for the rest of his life was going to solve anything.

RIP.

Spare me your barbaric views on justice; the man became a disgrace and is near-universally regarded as a terrible President solely because of Watergate.

Nixon didn't kill anyone...

That's obviously not my point.

Why should people not liking you constitute a punishment for a crime?  That's ridiculous.
