I voted D- but I could have easily voted F.

the Patriot act, No child left behind act, Campaign finance reform act, and wars without an end in sight ought to be enough to easily make me give him a failing grade. One reason I'm holding back is that it could be much, much, worse if Kerry were president right now. Also the Democrats check him in a way that Republicans never did for Wilson, Roosevelt, and Johnson. To his credit, throughout his administration he has *almost* (I'm looking at you Miers) consistantly been trying to fix a judicial system whose wrongdoings since 2001 have far eclipsed Bush's.
