Are you referring to the gubernatorial election where despite winning by the same margin statewide as he did in 2015, Beshear had outsized swings in urban and suburban counties?
I will admit my prediction was flatly wrong because I am a big boy, but the #trends were still definitely there between Beshear's 2015 and 2019 wins. Just as they were in LA and MS.
