Well of course you are. All imperialism is evil. Look at Hitler, Genghis Khan, the Czars, the Caliphate, etc. etc.

In my imperalism before anything actually became a state (see I don't just want to take it over and have it stay as crappy territories) the people would have to vote if they wanted it or not.

Then if they don't want to be part of the US why even take it and kill lots of people to begin with?
