Nay. This bill is just political posturing, it does not effect any common procedure. Of course the religious right seems to believe that there are women out there that get pregnant, decide to carry it for 7 months, and then go get an abortion that late just for kicks instead of getting an earlier abortion or using other birth control methods, but statistics show that's not the case.
