All of these songs are awful, I know its been run into the ground forever, but your taste in music is odd. No one can hear anything the singers are saying, its just a constant murderous whine. Do people really enjoy listening to that?

That's objectively false. Not only is it not that difficult to understand for me, most people can with little difficulty (unlike with death metal or something.) If you go to a show you'll see tons of people in the crowd singing along with the dancing.

As far as if people actually enjoy listening to it...I'll just ask if the people in these videos look like they're having fun or not:
