How is this supposed to be enforced? Is the state hiring a bunch of people to watch porn and prosecute if they don't see one of the gentlemen wearing a rubber?
Hysterically enough, yes. The proposition does include provisions to set up the state to do this.
I would vote no, due to the silliness of that, and because it's a badly worded mess that's worded so broadly that if a couple voluntarily posted one of their own sex tapes on the Internet they could be sued by any resident of the state of California.
