I suspect Tweed's intention here was to see people flip out and condemn a fictional character for what she said in a Todd Solondz movie. I'm also guessing no one else who has posted before is familiar with Todd Solondz's films.
I think most of us viewed the source as irrelevant to the question at hand and focused on the actual quote, I know I did.
Well yeah, I mean more the disgust at whoever said it as it's a fictional character. I guess you could argue Solondz is the true author but he clearly doesn't agree with it as anyone whose seen his films can attest. They're supposed to show ordinary people as terrible.
