Not really, but something that does happen to me is anything that happened in that day before the nap is kind of forgotten and feels distant, like it happened a lot longer ago than the night before when I take up. Kind of strange.

If you time it right it's possible to sleep for only four hours a day and be as energized as if you sleep for eight, there's a name for the type of sleep cycle. Of course to use it you have to both: 1-Not have any real commitments or employment and 2-Go through hell for a couple weeks adjusting to it.
