I didn't mind him so much, but King is right. His signal to noise ratio has somehow DECREASED which is pretty unbelievable, I found him kind of charming in an odd way before, but ever since he got that "Kazakhstan avatar" (Completely Missing The Point but that's no surprise) he's kind of turned into a non-Nazi version of Robert Stark. The only thing of value from him recently is the rather comical amusement in his denial of being gay/bi.

I find it amusing Roach hasn't figured out the easy loophole to use it without Joe's interference. Not surprising though.
