Rubio (though less sure than I was a month ago)
Paul (but he really needs to reevaluate and prepare differently next time)
Walker (he REALLY needs to reevaluate)
But all these guys (except Rubs) needs to build up more of their high-profile record in the Senate/as a governor. My fear particularly for Paul is that he'll sink into oblivion, but I hope after the presidential election he'll be the liberty minded maverick in the Senate again.
