Republican primary voters today identify as notably more conservative than the 2012 voters…

2012 GOP exit poll:
very conservative 21%
somewhat conservative 32%
moderate 47%

2016 GOP exit poll:
very conservative 29%
somewhat conservative 45%
moderate 24%

Good news for Cruz, bad for the establishments. Not even gonna try to characterize Trump here.

Probably bad for Trump, since he's getting the 'moderate' vote.

^^ That definitely doesn't sound like the New Hampshire that gave Huntsman 17% in 2012.

I think I may have overestimated Rubs big time. I was probably wrong in saying the debate wouldn't have that much of an impact on the results.

According to other candidates internals he sunk like a rock after that debate.

b-b-b-ut I thought atlas is full of dumb hacks and that nobody would care about the debate. The Rubio hacks told me so!

I was never a Rubio hack. I just thought that debate performances didn't really matter since perceptions of who won the debate in the past just mirrored who the people supported already.

Based on the data I would think Trump will under perform the polls significantly but still win, but who knows since this could be wrong.
