At what age does it become acceptable to sext?

If it involves naked pictures, then 18.

If it's 1 day before the girl's or boy's 18th birthday, it's outrageous and the adult should be arrested by the FBI and thrown into jail, but if it's 1 day after it's just a nice romance?

Is it - I don't mean the Republican family thing but is she 16 or 15? Because if she is 16, she has passed the age of consent & can "CONSENSUALLY" engage in whatever sexual action that she likes!

To send naked pictures you have to be 18 or it is child pornography. It's not related to the age of consent. I was responding to Beet's question "At what age does it become acceptable to sext?" in a general manner. She apparently didn't send pictures of herself. But she was 15 (not 16), so it was a crime for him to engage in that kind of language with her, and to send her an explicit image of himself.
