There would been no violent assault; Jesus would have been put on trial. Alan Dersowitz would be defense lawyer.

Hm? He was a member of the long-established local majority populace of Galilee. Which today makes him a Muslim. He wouldn't be in Hamas though, as he would be technically a citizen of Israel (unless you buy that silly "Bethlehem connection" thingy.), though never yet in his life treated as one.
He was Jewish.  His whole thing was Jewish.  He can't be Muslim (or Arab).

He could be Arab or even Black, because there are Arab and Black Jews.  Not converts but people that are the descendants of of the tribes that lived in Biblical Israel and worshiped in the Temple.

True, but he was of a specific tribe and that tribe wasn't/isn't black or arab.  Granted that's less important than his Jewishness.

It may very well be Black or Arab today.
