Team Obama think they have won already.

Team Obama is singular, so it should be "thinks," i.e., "SCOTUS thinks," or "the DNC thinks," versus "the Justices think," or "the members think."

The headline is misleading.  I think, singular, Team Obama, and Team Romney are both in full panic mode.

The Supreme Court and the DNC are individual establishments. Team Obama is a collective.

Team Obama is. If you agreed with yourself, you would have said "Team Obama are".

Since the article has no substance, we might just as well argue about the grammar.
