His opponent, Rick Allen, is better this year than in 2012, but I say he survives. He has tons of money on hand and if he were to lose, the last of the Bluedogs would take a major blow to there dying coalition, so they'll do whatever it takes to keep Barrow. The most vulnerable Democratic Rep. running for re-election at this point is Rahall who has to get re-elected in an Obama midterm with a strong Republican challenger.
