Time to kick off the dust and give this another go (I'm willing to try this PR thing to see if the Southeast conservatives can really elect a candidate).
If there are enough, sure.
In April, it turned out 8 votes were enough to get elected. Though this obviously will vary with turnout, we can reasonably assume that the necessary number of votes will be similar again this time.
Looking at the voter rolls, it shouldn't be too difficult for an organised conservative candidate to pull together enough votes.
