Spain and Turkey wouldnt be too happy about not qualifying-will they?
It's likely both will qualify, but if they don't, you're right, they won't be happy.
They can join Ireland in that particular club.

yes and no...you're pretty close; but there was a reason I included only these countries...

Lewis-I excluded colonies, only fully independent nations were included...

Democratic states with populations greater than 4 million with English as the principle language.
I think that only leaves these countries.
