Most of the type of people who would vote against Pelosi can no longer afford to live in her district, so she's extremely safe.

The night Eric Cantor lost his primary was probably the funnest election night of the past four years. The only way I can imagine it being funner is if the same scenario happens to a Democrat.

Especially considering California's Top-Two system, it would be really amusing if the Democrats take the House but Pelosi is primaried on the same night. What happens next? Would Hoyer's dream of attaining the Speakership finally be within his grasp?

Not that Pelosi is in any real danger from this.

The ideal scenario is Hoyer loses in a primary and it eases/scares Pelosi into retirement.

Even ultraliberal Pelosi is "not enough" for present day Democrats. Funny. REALLY funny.

The neoliberal Pelosi is an "ultra liberal" to smoltchanov. Funny. REALLY funny.
