If Manchin wants to run again, he better hope Mooney is the GOP nominee. He might actually have a chance, as slim as it is, with Mooney as the nominee.

Justice has it in the bag but I'd be surprised if he even finished out his term in the Senate. He barely does his job as Governor. And is in such poor health he has to have a stool brought with him everywhere because he can't even stand for more than a minute. Manchin may be better off bowing out now and waiting for a comeback bid in a special election.

He'd lose that by fifty points too.
