Tito. He was the most peaceful and (relatively) liberal and internationalist, and by all accounts a more rational and humane guy than any of the others. If the nation had stayed together or dissolved peacefully, today Yugoslavia would be one of the richest nations in Europe. Awful Shame.

Tito was at least a decent military leader... only rationale I can find to make him better of all these HPs
