Colorado

If there is any section of the country (outside of the Mormon triangle and maybe Montana) where Obama has the maximum opportunity for vote growth it's the west.

Virginia is likely to vote for Obama if he wins, but it's Democratic shift isn't as advanced as Colorado (which has been arguably shifting Democratic since the 1980s).
