It's up 5-3 in the NE, tied 4-4 in the South, up 4-2 in the Pacific, tied 6-6 in the ME, and up 10-2 in the MW. It will need to gain a lead in one of the two regions where it does not have a majority in order to pass. Still very unclear if it will.
