What can the Supreme Court do about it, even if they rule it unconstitutional? Let’s say this happened in 2024 after Trump won the 2020 election. Republicans control the executive branch, so that can’t be used to stop him, and the Senate wouldn’t vote to remove him from office

This could lead to a lot of civil unrest, maybe even cause a civil war. Trumpists would compare it to the Democrats not letting Lincoln’s name be put on the ballots in southern states in 1860
