What can the Supreme Court do about it, even if they rule it unconstitutional? Let’s say this happened in 2024 after Trump won the 2020 election. Republicans control the executive branch, so that can’t be used to stop him, and the Senate wouldn’t vote to remove him from office

State & local election officials wouldn't allow his name to be printed on their ballots in the 1st place.

This could lead to a lot of civil unrest, maybe even cause a civil war. Trumpists would compare it to the Democrats not letting Lincoln’s name be put on the ballots in southern states in 1860

Lol no. Just no. If Trump literally losing the election & being shortly evicted from the White House didn't cause a significant amount of civil unrest (let alone an amount sufficient enough to produce a civil war), then bureaucrats ruling that his filings to appear on their ballots are invalid won't do it either.

This board is about Constitution and Law, not absurdities with zero chance of happening. If you want that, go start a new thread on one of the What-if boards, as this thread is permanently locked.
