The endorsement list for Brown reads like a "Who's Who" of the worst Democrats in recent memory. Hillary Clinton? Gregory Meeks? Jim Clyburn? New Democrat Coalition? Did they decide who to support at a Purdue Pharma board meeting? LOL.

I'm hoping and guessing this race turns out like the Manhattan DA race. Clinton candidate flops. And it's thanks to the conservadem establishment putting so much effort into plumping up Brown that this has gotten national attention.

Warrensville Heights Councilman Switches Endorsement from Shontel Brown to Nina Turner, Invites Other to Do the Same

In a video posted to YouTube by Turner's campaign, Stewart said his change of heart was the result of negative campaign ads and the flow of dark money to Northeast Ohio, which he said was prioritizing corporate interests over the people.



"We need someone who is going to stick with the issues," Stewart said, "and that person is Nina Turner."

Stewart is from Shontel Brown's home community of Warrensville Heights — also the political birthplace of Marcia Fudge — and he encouraged other elected leaders there and elsewhere to consider changing their endorsement.

"You have to have a conviction," he said. "You have to have a concern for the people."

It's also by Andrew Perez, who works at Jacobin and co-writes articles with David Sirota.

Guys, this is a classic Sanders campaign tactic and you're falling for it like a bunch of dunces.  It's just a Nina Turner attack ad thinly laundered through "journalists" who are all but on the campaign's payroll, then spread around as though it's a legitimate investigative article.

Sirota was actually being paid directly by the Sanders campaign to do this, and would have pushed out dozens of these articles over the course of the primaries if Edward Isaac-Dovere hadn't exposed him.

I mean in 2019 you had Sirota masquerading as an independent journalist to publish Sanders campaign oppo research on Beto in The Guardian, and now I'm 2021 you have Sirota's two proteges (he's also co-written dozens of articles with Bragman) publishing Turner campaign oppo research on Brown in Newsweek.  Like how are people still falling for this.
