Mikheil Saakashvili is now governor but my colleagues from Ukraine actually can't tell if he is good or bad governor.

Maddox was a segregationist who ran for President on the ticket of the AIP. He should easily win worst.

Miller was a very good Governor, very much in the New South Carter model, not so great as Senator or beyond.
