if the GOP unpacks Oh 11th he could make a run for it

Its a D sink and only clinton +15 from Obama +30.

oh rip I thought it was kaptur's district which is a D sink but not for much longer as I could see it being unpacked a bit.

Any Ohio seat held by a Democrat, with the possible exception of Tim Ryan's district, is safe. He'd need to move elsewhere to get into the House.
