I thought it was 24 hours when I posted, but I wasn't set to EST.

I am disappointed the Chamber lacked the foresight to request a GM/CG analysis on what the cost would be of changing the capitol (a concern I brought up but was ignored). A poor use of time and resources in the midst of a worldwide crisis.
