Catholic Christianity has inspired some of the greatest music ever created by mankind, which makes it all the more shame that the Church has historically been so bigoted and reactionary.

What pop-punk, emo or melodic hardcore music has Catholicism ever inspired?

None that I am aware of, but even if you're limiting it to music made in the past few decades or so (which is an absurdly narrow time frame given all of human history), those are far from the best music genres when post-punk, new wave, and alternative rock exist.
