In addition, according to D.C.'s Political Report webpage, it mentions Democratic state Rep. Spencer Black who could be running an independent candidacy for Wisconsin governor -basically the Wisconsin version of Virginia's Russ Potts, Jr., only more liberal.

That's what it looks like right now, and it's still very close. Might change once the campaign is actually underway.  I know a lot of normally liberal Dems who never vote Republican are going to vote Green becuase they can't stand Doyle anymore.

There is no Green candidate for Wisconsin governor, unless you mean these liberal Democrats are going to vote for Spencer Black.
