I liked his first album somewhat, except for the 15 or so skits he shoehorned in there. Since then, I feel like his albums have 1-3 good tracks and are more or less OK. So, as a musician, I think he's great, but not in my top 10 of hip-hop artists.
As a person, he seems to have some type of personality disorder and I find him perplexing. But, most great artists are insane. I ultimately don't care about his personal life or his celebrity persona. I tend to just see artists as relevant only through the art they produce.
