Dinner. I usually have just a cup of coffee for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. Booooring.

coffee on an empty stomach?  That doesn't sound like how I'd want to start my day.  I typically go with 2 or 3 packets of instant oatmeal and a cup of green tea. 

Fills me up pretty good. I may have some toast or cereal along with it, but nothing more.
