Preparing for loss to avoid a slice of the disappointment from last year.

Will be pleasantly surprised if Conway emerges victorious.

Conway shown up by 4% in Jefferson Co - that means healthy Dem surge should accompany 6CT close in GOP Western KY

Boyd, Greenup, and Carter counties in the northeast are Bevin with a substantial amount reported. That's not good for Conway.

Boyd and Carter margins are narrow

Conway widening margin in Jefferson but cancelled out by rural WKY coming in. Probably negative news for Conway but he is still overperforming in parts of the rural north.

% in:

Jefferson 43%
Fayette 84%
Franklin 77%

That's bad for Conway

Eh, Jefferson is a pretty huge chunk of the vote, and it looks like the rest will be pretty D-leaning. We'll see.

D-leaning yes, but so far showing 10 pt margin for Conway. Certainly don't see him pushing over 60% in the county, and Conway already has 43% of what he's going to get out of it..

Conway now down to 40% left to milk from Jefferson. Don't want to end this looking dumb, but it isn't looking good for Conway IMO.

Bevin opening it up and Conway has little to lean on elsewhere.

Jefferson now almost 80% in and Conway still down 5. This thing is over.

Tough days to be a Democrat.

I never want to hear Rockefeller GOP say that Dems win on the state level in Kentucky ever again
