I think most home-schooled children are socially retarded which therefore prevents them getting any.

Probably the social isolation is more the culprit than religious fervor.

I don't know about that. In one town in Wyoming, it just sorta happened and that was just the way it was. In the next, many thought that rape should be legal. I really don't know if this is a phase, if there is really no phase or whether there will be punitive hysterectomies and castrations tommorow.
