The map:



A Lincoln landslide. She wins 458-80 in the electoral vote, and 56-43 in the popular vote. This is a significant election because it would be the first time since 1944 that a Democrat sweeps the entire South.

Lincoln would win KY... maybe Rice would get a homestate bounce in AL? Other than that I agree

Rice would win the south.  When have black people in state senate and state house and mayors...

Almost always from black majority districts. The only black Congressman from the South not representing a black majority district is Bishop (D-GA)... and his district was majority black when he was first elected.
