Giving up on Florida is a bad long-term strategy, but I would agree that it’s not winnable in 2022.

Honestly the Democratic Party in its current form is so incompetent that they might as well let normal Floridians try and cobble together an opposition party to the Republicans. It'd be easier to defeat Republicans that way, which is hilarious and exemplifies how disgraceful the national party is. It's sad that it's gotten to this point, but if the Democrats are just going to spend 50 million dollars on ads that play horror movie music in the background while a narrator tells you about how DeSantis hates democracy, then the state is better off not being associated with them.

I've been thinking for a while that a lot of state opposition parties would be better off if they adopted a generic name, something like the DFL, and distanced themselves from the national party.

You should always make your opponent earn a victory.

If those Registration Numbers that are being reported are correct and Republicans have indeed overtaken Democrats in Florida that makes unseating DeSantis pretty much hopeless.

Perhaps they got an inside tip that even if Charlie Crist won aginast DeSantis it would be naught for surely he would pull another VanDrew move.

Letting him run unopposed or cakewalk depresses the party. If your candidate wins or loses, voting is sticky. It has been demonstrated that people who vote in consecutives elections have a higher propensity to be lifelong and reliable voters.

DeSantis and Rubio and Debbie Wasserman Schultz were there during Surfside and Biden commended DeSantis for his bravery users forget about Surfside and Aside that, Demings remind voters of Harris whom isn't doing a thing to curb Immigration

This may work at small states like VT, but FL is too huge to organize.

But I do think R in VT should drop the R and rename to something like "Constitution Party", and run as Libertarian.

Smart decision, other states will need that money much more, and Democrats have a lot too defend (and some states to pick up like MD).

On top of that, you can still run a good campaign without resources like money (or at least millions of euros).

You are right that it's bad strategy to concede the election to DeSantis. Ds should try to fight for the gubernatorial seat regardless of the actual chances.
The Dem house majority might well come down to a few Florida marginals anyway.

It's not conceded and neither is KS the D's should concede FL SEN Rubio isn't losing as always been the case

Unless Act blue withdraws support from a candidate, the D's haven't conceded nothing

Nan Whaley isn't gonna win either

DeSantis or Rubio arent winning by 12/19 pts in an R plus 3 state
