It's early but if Biden didn't run, Bullock would definitely be a good type for his voters who value experience and competence. The lack of gravitas and executive appearance is a problem for Booker, Harris, Gillibrand quite honestly.

Ah yes, the person who was elected & re-elected to be the head of the executive branch of government of NJ's largest city for 7-&-a-1/2 years lacks competent executive experience.
